Using Tuning Forks for Healing Outcomes

This hands on course can be taken over 2 days or 4 days for certifcation as a practitioner course accredited by CMA.

Led by Sarah Sheldon and Darren Lord

Course Outline

Therapeutic Tuning Fork Training

Discover how tuning forks can be used as precise and powerful therapeutic tools to support physical, emotional and nervous system wellbeing.

This practical two day course introduces you to the therapeutic use of weighted and unweighted tuning forks, both on and around the body. You will learn how sound and vibration interact with the body, nervous system and biofield, and how different frequencies can be selected and applied with clear therapeutic intention.

During the course, you will explore foundational techniques alongside carefully structured protocols to support nervous system regulation, sinus and lymphatic flow, respiratory wellbeing, tinnitus, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and both acute and chronic pain.

You will learn contact placements, techniques for working within the biofield, grounding and balancing methods, and ways of releasing, moving and redistributing areas of tension or stagnation. You will also explore how to respond intuitively to the individual while working within a clear, safe and professionally structured framework.

The training has a strong practical focus, with demonstrations, partner practice and time to experience the forks for yourself. Safety, consent, contraindications, practitioner presence and trauma aware practice are woven throughout.
