My Soul Revolution package is based on the Shamanic practice of Soul Retrieval. Whenever we experience trauma, a part of our vital essence separates from us in order to survive the experience by escaping the full impact of the pain. The trauma can be significant or seemingly small, but the impact of it is ongoing.

​

This is known as soul loss and it can show up as a perpetual feeling or experience of incompleteness and disconnection. It can lead to depression, a sense of drifting and never finding purpose or a need to fill the void with addictive behaviour. Other symptoms include suicidal tendencies, post-traumatic stress syndrome, immune deficiency problems, and grief that just does not heal.

For those who have lost parts of themselves, knowingly or unknowingly, “tremendous amounts of psychic energy” are unconsciously spent looking for the lost parts. When people make comments such as ‘I have never been the same’ since a certain event ( and they don’t mean this in a good way) soul loss has probably occurred.

What Happens in a Soul Revolution Session?

In a session I will be working on your behalf to journey to realities outside of normal perception to retrieve the parts of your soul (or pure essence) that have broken away. A process of working to ascertain why they left and what gifts and qualities they are bringing back to the client enables a beautiful healing to take place. In my unique approach I couple this with techniques to work with subconscious beliefs. Enabling the client to let go of any hidden blocks or thought patterns which have kept them locked into past conditioning. We then combine this with somatic exercises to facilitate the embodiment of new beliefs and sense of self.

Clients remark on how they feel so much more complete in their body and alive again after a session and this often comes with a profound realisation that they are coming into wholeness.

I can also carry out Soul Remembrance - a wonderful way of discovering your Soul Purpose, complete with a symbol that represents your unique gifts , strengths and talents. We work at creating the future self , embodying the images, words and emotions associated with the life and purpose you are to fulfil. We then follow this up with coaching sessions in order for you to make positive, practical steps towards this. This is an extremely creative and individualised process which brings about deep personal, holistic transformation.
