Sound Therapy or Shamanic Healing Session

Service Description

A personal session offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore something you would like support with. You might come with a particular issue in mind, or simply feel that you need time to rest and restore. In a sound therapy session, I use instruments such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gong and voice to create an experience shaped around your needs. We work at creating nervous system regulation, energy balancing and of blockages. Shamanic healing may include guided journeying or soul retrieval, offering a space to explore what feels lost, stuck or ready to change. Before the session we will talk about what you are hoping for and shape the session around you.
