Sometimes we know how we would like to feel or behave, yet find ourselves repeating patterns that seem difficult to change. RTT hypnotherapy offers a way to explore the beliefs beneath those patterns and understand where they may have begun. Experiences from earlier in life can shape how we see ourselves, often without us realising it. I particularly work with confidence, self belief, finding your purpose and freedom from fears. Together, we explore the deeper roots of what is holding you back, then use hypnosis and a personalised recording to help you practise new, more supportive ways of thinking and feeling. The package begins with an initial session where I can get to know you and what you would like to change. You will also have an opportunity to experience hypnosis and receive a relaxing audio to listen to before our main session. We then have a longer RTT session to explore the root causes and work with the beliefs we uncover. A follow up session gives us time to reflect on your experience, support the changes you are making and decide whether any further work would be helpful. Sessions are available in person in Marlow, Cookham or Henley or online. They can be paid together as hte package price or individually by arrangement.
