RTT is a powerful tool to help you discover the subconscious patterns of thinking which drive patterns of behaviour ( like the programmes on your computer hard drive which work in the background ) These often from childhood experiences and carry into adult life where they can hold us up from developing into who we really are. I specialise in working with confidence , purpose , self belief and freedom of expression. My clients are able to find release from limiting beliefs they have formed about themselves and their abilities from what they have picked up from those around them and ideas they have inadvertently developed. Once the negative patterns of thinking have been identifies we are then able to work at "reprogramming " the subconscious by adding in new positive beliefs.
